    Due to the policies development recently and the rising cost of fossil fuels, (particularly natural gas ) ,62% of the electricity in the US will come from renewable energy by 2040, according to the brief report of the second quarter in 2022 sent by S&P. The new power generation of the US will mostly come from wind power generation by 2030,although the price of natural gas is increasing rapidly and there will be some short-term gains from coal-fired power,the analyst of S&P recently said.  Steve Piper ,head of energy research at S& P,said although the market of storage battery is growing,it isn’t in the stage of highly development.It remains to be seen that which new generation sources will benefit most from The Inflation Reduction Act passed recently.     Switzerland plans to deploy photovoltaic systems along highways and railways

            At a meeting on August,17th,Switzerland Federal Council revised National Rood Regulations.The regulation allows for deployment of renewable energy generation facilities along Swiss’ highway.The revised text will come into effect on October,1st. The announcement was made after the parliamentary inquiry clarification presented by Bruno Storni, member of the National House of the Switzerland Federal Parliament,in 2020. And Switzerland government pays much attention to the generation potential of the photovoltaic systems along highways and railways. The Switzerland government indicated that there is 101GWh generation potential every year along highways and railways.Among that 46GWh along railways,and 55GWh along highways.The Switzerland Federal Road Office (FEDRO) has started installing some photovoltaic systems for the electricity using of themselves, especially beside the tunnels and in maintenance centers. Electricity generated by the PV systems installed in other proper areas(such as noise barriers and rest areas) will be freely provided to third parties.The new regulations are also adopt to the installation of other renewable energy generation facilities,such as wind power and geothermal energy facilities.  The Switzerland Federal Road Office (FEDRO) may send application in the end of this year,to reserve some areas for PV system installation. Interested parties can bid, and once rewarded, they will receive a precise timetable to install PV systems. One of the conditions of the area offered by the Switzerland Federal Road Office (FEDRO) to install renewable energy facilities is third parties themself ensure the electricity selling.     Currently the government of Australia’s Northern territory has signed an agreement with France renewable energy developer Total Eren, to develop a Gigawatt scale green hydrogen production facility in Darwin Market,according to the foreign media. The green hydrogen production facility to be built named“Darwin H2 Hub”will be built on 4000 hectares ground near Northern territory capital,where 2 GW photovoltaic system will be installed.These photovoltaic systems will provide electricity for electrolyzers with an installed capacity of 1GW that will produce more than 80,000 tons of hydrogen per year. The chief minister of Northern territory, Natasha Fyles indicated that Darwin H2 Hub would provide hydrogen products to domestic and international market. She said,”rely on our abundant photovoltaic generate sources and the strategic location support of exporting to India-Pacific region,the production of green hydrogen is a key opportunity for this region to solve the worldwide increasing demand for this green energy.” The general manager of Total Eren Australia region,Kam Ho represented that the cooperation enhances the company’s commitment to invest in Australia and low-carbon energy area. ”Our plan is to accelerate the development of projects to supply green hydrogen,and use the renewable energy electricity, in order to support the decarbonization plan for energy intensive industry in this region,”he said. Total Eren, headquarter in Paris,the company has more than 3.5GW  renewable energy generation assets in operation and under  construction worldwide. This company announced its entry into Australia market in 2018,and developed a 256MW Kiamal photovoltaic power plant in Victoria.     Datuk Ali Biju, Deputy Minister of Malaysia Energy and Nature Sources Department, currently said that Malaysia plans to adopt 40% of its electricity from renewable energy by 2035, adding to the current installation rate of renewable energy 23% in this country. He indicated that the transformation to low-carbon energy systems on Malaysia electricity supply ,it followed the guidance of Malaysia Renewable Energy Development Roadmap Document(MyRER). He said,”the key point of this roadmap is increasing the generation share of  renewable energy (photovoltaic generation,hydroelectric generation,biomass and biogas ) in Malaysia electricity supply systems through a balanced and sustainable approach.”   He said,the clean energy swift caused the adding investment in electric industry of more than 53 billions ringgit(about 11.9 billion dollars) by 2035. Till the noon of July 19th,,the generation of England operating photovoltaic system got to the maximum number,7.77GW.According to the industry media.The generation is 6 times more than the UK’s biggest nuclear station(the Heysham 2 nuclear station with the capacity of 1.36GW working in Lancashire.) The supplier said that the newest PV modules improve performance,the temperature rises every 1℃,the efficiency only decrease 0.35%.The temperature of PV modules is based on the combination of the environment temperature,the sun’s heating and the air cooling effect. Compared to the quotation on July 1th, the following is the price adjustment condition. The price of 210mm battery rose 5 fen,quote 1.28 yuan/w; 182mm battery price rose 4 fen, quote 1.3 yuan/w; the price of 166mm battery rose 4 fen, quote 1.28yuan/w, the increase is respectively 4.07%,3.17%,3.23%. Since 2022,structural shortage of large-size silicon wafers,this caused the supply of large-size battery continues to be tight,profitability gradually improved. It is estimated that after this price rise,the net profit of Battery Sheet Edge Single Watt rise about 1 fen. Because the problem of the battery supply shortage is hard to change in a short time, this will last to the coming of next year, the battery price will continue to rise. For modules enterprise,with the price rising of battery, the modules cost will rise about 4-5 fen/w. According to SOBI consulting statistics, at present the average price of the mono 182/210 two-sided modules already come up to 1.97 yuan/w in the ground electric station.And the average price of distributed mono 182/210 single-sided modules is 2.00 yuan/w. Since the beginning of the year,the price of the industrial chain is rising fiercely,the newest price from Division of Silicon Industry indicated that the price of silicon material has increased to 310000 yuan/ton, the price rose 3 times compared to the 80000 yuan/ton at the beginning of 2021.The marginal profit is more than 18 tons. Last week in the CPIA seminar the Commerce Department,the Ministry of Energy,the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology all responded to the price rose in photovoltaic industry.Wang Bohua, the Honorary Chairman of China Solar Energy Industry Association,indicated that the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has already lead coordination among relevant departments,intervene in the surge in polysilicon prices. On the evening of July 4th,Tong Wei disclosed the earning forecast of the first half of 2022, it is planned that the net profit of the first half of this year is 12-12.5 billion yuan ,year-on year growth is 304.62%-321.48%. Tong Wei plans to sell battery more than 11GW in the second quarter of 2022.The earnings per watt are repaired to 3 fen/W(corresponding to 6 years depreciation),profitability continues to improve.By the end of 2021,Tong Wei battery has a total production capacity of 45GW,The battery capacity is expected to exceed 70GW by the end of 2022.     According to the research report from England Climate think-tank Ember Company,more than 95% electricity in Europe is coming from renewable energy sources in 1935, clean energy cost is comparable with current policy. The analyst modeled electric system of Europe to discover the most cost-effective approach to achieve climate aim. Chris Rosslowe,the main author of the research report,said that the reason is the generating cost of renewable energy reduced substantially over the last 10 years.This research provided a win-win circumstance, which made Europe a net-zero trajectory, keep the cost constant, and cut down our dependence of fossil fuels. A real joint effort This research report was released one week before G7 summit. The aim can’t offer clean energy system before 2035. Thus, the European countries need to endeavour together, and take the responsibility to extend the scale of wind power and photovoltaic generation.As this is the key point for Europe to achieve clean power system goals in 2035.”
